1. Account credits and winnings can only be used in the product that was used to generate the credit. E.g. Sports bonuses and bonus winnings cannot be used in Casino, Poker or Centrebet Games.
2. Stake a minimum of $5 on any event of your choice and we’ll credit your account with 5 free bets each valued at 20% of your original first bet up to a maximum of $150
3. This offer is only available to new Centrebet clients who have signed up via the affiliate website offering this exclusive online offer; existing Centrebet customers do not qualify.
4. All Centrebet offers are intended for recreational players and in our sole discretion limit the eligibility of customers to participate in any promotion.
5. Free bets face value must be wagered 3 times before a withdrawal will be processed.
6. Free bets will be credited to a customer's account immediately after a successful first bet has been made.
7. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer including Refer a Friend.
8. You will not qualify for this offer if you have active Wagering Requirements.
9. Any winnings made from a free bet will be kept in Held Funds until the wagering requirements have been met. Held funds cannot be withdrawn.
10. Bets that are void will not count towards this offer.
11. Conditions required for promotional code benefits (e.g. Freebets) must be met by client within 7 days of entering the promotional code.
12. Free bet token cannot be split down; it must be used entirely as one transaction. Free bet token will expire 14 days after placing your 1st bet.
13. Once wagering requirements are completed, any held funds will move to ‘Customers Balance’ and are free to be withdrawn.
14. Only bets placed using the real account balance and held funds will count towards the wagering requirements.
15. If you wish to place a bet through our Call Centre from your Free Bet Balance, please inform the operator. Otherwise our system will attempt to take the funds from your Account Balance or through your available deposit method.
16. Ordinarily, free bet tokens are credited to your account automatically. In some instances, however, this may be delayed by up to 48 hours. If you have not received your free bet token within 48 hours of your qualifying bet, please email our customer services team (click here for our contact us page).
17. The free bet is non-withdrawable; the free bet stake will not be included in any returns.
18. The free bet token can only be used for sports and racing bets and cannot be carried forward for use on Casino, poker or Games channels
19. The promotion is available only once per customer. The identity of a customer will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address, credit/charge card number, computer, and any other forms of identification which may be required.
20. This offer is not valid to residents of South Australia, Western Australia and Victoria.
21. This offer is only available to residents of Australia, excluding South Australia, Western Australia and Victoria.
22. Centrebet reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time, for any reason and without prior notice.
23. We further reserve the right to ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation for us to be satisfied in our absolute discretion as to the customers' identity prior to us crediting any bonus, free bet or offer to their account.
