How to use your FREE BET:

  1. Log-in to your new account and select your bet.
  2. At the top of the betslip you will see "USE FREEBET TOKEN". Click on this section and a drop down menu will appear.
  3. Click and drag the Freebet token you wish to use into your betslip.
  4. Enter your total wager amount in the box provided (Min = to Free Bet token value).
  5. To place your bet, click 'Confirm Wager', then click on "submit". Your Free Bet has now been placed!

Terms & Conditions

  1. Stake a minimum of $5 on any event of your choice and we’ll credit your account with an equivalent free bet up to a maximum of $50.
  2. Free bets face value must be wagered 3 times before a withdrawal will be processed.
  3. Account credits and winnings can only be used in the product that was used to generate the credit. E.g. Sports bonuses and bonus winnings cannot be used in Casino, Poker or Centrebet Games.
  4. All Centrebet offers are intended for recreational players and in our sole discretion limit the eligibility of customers to participate in any promotion.
  5. Any winnings made from a free bet will be kept in Held Funds until the wagering requirements have been met. Held funds cannot be withdrawn.
  6. Bets that are void will not count towards this offer.
  7. Centrebet reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time, for any reason and without prior notice.
  8. Conditions required for promotional code benefits (e.g. Freebets) must be met by client within 7 days of entering the promotional code.
  9. Free bet token cannot be split down; it must be used entirely as one transaction. Free bet token will expire 14 days after placing your 1st bet.
  10. Free bets will be credited to a customer's account immediately after a successful first bet has been made.
  11. If you wish to place a bet through our Call Centre from your Free Bet Balance, please inform the operator. Otherwise our system will attempt to take the funds from your Account Balance or through your available deposit method.
  12. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer including Refer a Friend.
  13. Once wagering requirements are completed, any held funds will move to ‘Customers Balance’ and are free to be withdrawn.
  14. Only bets placed using the real account balance and held funds will count towards the wagering requirements.
  15. Ordinarily, free bet tokens are credited to your account automatically. In some instances, however, this may be delayed by up to 48 hours. If you have not received your free bet token within 48 hours of your qualifying bet, please email our customer services team (click here for our contact us page).
  16. The free bet is non-withdrawable; the free bet stake will not be included in any returns.
  17. The free bet token can only be used for sports and racing bets.
  18. The promotion is available only once per customer. The identity of a customer will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address, credit/charge card number, computer, and any other forms of identification which may be required.
