  5. The free bet is non-withdrawable; the free bet stake will not be included in any returns.
  6. Free bets will be credited to a customer's account immediately after a successful first bet has been made.
  7. Bets that are void will not count towards this offer.
  8. The free bet token can only be used for sports and racing bets.
  9. Free bets face value must be wagered 3 times before a withdrawal will be processed.
  10. Any winnings made from a free bet will be kept in Held Funds until the wagering requirements have been met. Held funds cannot be withdrawn.
  11. Once wagering requirements are completed, any held funds will move to ‘Customers Balance’ and are free to be withdrawn.
